AceUCAT (“we”) is run by a UK sole trader. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written to be clear rather than exhaustive; questions can go to isaac@aceucat.com.
If you practise without an account, your progress is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and never reaches our servers. If you create an account, we store your email, name and saved progress so it can sync across devices. If you subscribe to emails, we store your email address with our email provider (Kit / MailerLite). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in every message. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing us. We keep the no-account practice experience’s data footprint minimal by design.
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to measure anonymous, aggregate usage. We do not sell your data.
